Comment by Brian Davies on December 13, 2011 at 10:57am Maybe it is unavoidable, but the slight movement of the bar to the anterior as you perform the movement during the eccentric portion (much more noticeable on first repetition). Also you start the first repetition about a bar width behind the following two reps. I guess my question is how particular should one be when critiquing form for this exercise in regards to bar movement?
