well I love this regardless, but I think it is a good catalyst for concusion conversation. Through my personal research I have found that concusions have been sustained by some of the most muscular of them all. I mean tim tebow was no slouch when he got his concusion. Does musculature really matter. In the moments before impact is it even possible for the body to make a conscious effort to recruit muscles to absorb forces? It just doesnt seem like the body works like that. I feel to protect itself from trauma and tears the body does the exact opposite and relaxes to deal with blunt force trauma and then releases exponential amounts of mitocondria to try and recover, which casuses an inflamatory condition called sepsis. Which seems to be a possible cause of the head aches and blackouts. Or maybe I am on the wrong path all together. They seem to fit.

What length is the band that is being used for the video?  Also, what is the tension range?

the thoracic spine/scapular muscles help decelerate neck extension and flexion. so for any contact sport, it is a great prehab work out to reduce the chances of concussions because the stronger those muscles become the greater the chance the neck and head can absorb a blow. also it has benefits for rotator cuff injury prevention.

I like the progression for a warm up. What are the pre hab benefits?
