i really like the inlaid platforms....where is that facility? do you feel a difference doing olympic lifts on the rubber vs. oak platform?

correction made, thanks Coach. Still trying to perfect my form since getting down here, still have some slight break in the elbows and need to bring my hips through a little more.

That isn't a "Power Clean". That is a "Clean". A Power Clean has a high catch without much of a front squat and can be done from any position: multiple hang positions, rack or boxes, or from the floor.
