Guys,
I am trying to find an instructional Olympic lifting video to stream live on the TVs in my weightroom. I know, why do I have TVs in there? They were here when I got hired so I figured to use them as a resource. I am runnign about 600 athletes through here, so any teaching aid would be a welcomed resource. I look forward to hearing your ideas.
