Job well done on the vert FAQ webinar, I love jump training and the information resounded with what I have been able to learn at this early point in my career while still providing new info & ideas. I've always felt jumping and throwing is extremely athletic by nature and is a very enjoyable way to train in conjuncation with weights and other means

Thanks for the add. Love all of the overspeed eccentric videos you have posted. I've been reading supertraining lately (when I have the time with all my school work) and have been experimenting with those techniques on myself as well. I haven't really met a lot of people who know much about it or see the benefit of it, so I was really excited to see your videos. Happy New Year
