Hey whats up Rammell!  Coach Kill is doing much better, the man is a Warrior.  I am not sure which games are on ESPN.  Our first game was on ABC and the rest are either on BTN or one of the ESPNs.  ESPN 3 at the least.

How are things going with you?

Edgar Curtis is the best resource for you.  He more than anyone i have ever met understands the body and how to train it to perform at its highest potential.

No man,

I am in SF coaching at Sparta Performance Science.  I was at the north club.  Are you starting a job there?

Being an intern I am pretty low on the chain of command. Try emailing Stephan Underwood. He is the Human Performance Center Manager. sunderwood@nsca-lift.org

It is great to connect. This is a great website for networking and sharing ideas. Please let me know if we can ever be of any assistance to you.

We are very committed to providing as many resources as we can for fellow strength and conditioning coaches. Each year we conduct several strength and conditioning clinics. Our next one will be April 23rd, 2nd Annual USF Football Strength and Conditioning Clinic. Send me your email to be added to the mailing list.

Additionally, I have released a product called Strength Coach Basic Training for aspiring strength coaches and their mentors. For more information go to www.strengthcoachbasictraining.com and enter your name and email. You can also go to our Facebook Fan Page for the site at www.facebook.com/strengthcoachbasictraining. While you are there make sure you connect with me (www.facebook.com/ron.mckeefery) on facebook as well as I use that platform for more regular announcements. I look forward to using this site to get to know you better.

very valuable course. Gives a solid foundation for the implementation of sets reps rest intensity and tempo. Vary detailed information for exercise selection and technique. Level one is about upper body structural balance and implementation for overhead athletes. Level 2 is lower body assesment. Recomended course for furthering your knowlege.
