At the NSCA in Vegas during our SIG meetings I couldn't help but notice a lack of attendees at both the HS and the collegiate SIG meetings. Perhaps it is as you say and the SSTC is attracting more of the "coaches" than the National?

Anyway, I appreciate the research-based presentations but you have to admit that the research vs. practitioner speaking ratio has been at an all-time high over the past few years. There is nothing wrong with the NSCA going out and actively pursuing quality speakers in the field right? This is just something they won't do though and I think that this hurts us all.
