Why sprinting alone wont make you quicker.
When an athlete reaches a certain level in terms of sprint ability how do you overcome this. Strength and Power need to be developed, and in as a result the athlete will quicker because the force they are able to place through the ground is larger and more powerful driving the athlete forwards at a quicker rate.
