I have been teaching for 9 years and coaching for 12 years. I have coached various sports (Football, Track, Baseball) at some very Elite schools. I have coaches 2 NFL Players in Robert Reynolds-Tennessee Titans, and Rafael Little-Tennessee Titans. I have also coaches several state champions in track and field. I have been a trainer for approximately 10 years. Woeking with people of all ages and backgrounds. I have been a competitive powerlifter for 10 years winning several state titles, southeastern U.S. Championship, and a National Championship. MY BEST: Squat-765 Bench-557 Power Clean-455 I compete at 252 lbs. and 272 lbs. depending on what time of the year it is. I played football for the Hilltoppers and was a strength all-american, along with all conference and strongest player for 2 years.

I graduated Tuskegee University in 2004 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I played football for Gaffney High in South Carolina, North Greenville Junior College in South Carolina, and Tuskegee University in Alabama. I played linebacker throughout my football career. I am currently interning at Alabama State University under Tredell K. Dorsey, M.Ed., SCCC, USAW, USATF, USASP, CES; and I volunteer with the three (3) time Alabama 6A State Champions, Prattville High School in Prattville, Alabama under Eric Gibbons, M.Ed., SCCC, USAW, CSCS, CSSE. During the off season I conduct speed camps to prepare students for the college level of play, as well as combines. Now I'm the new head strength coach for Marbury High School.
