Current Job Description

I am the head Strength, Speed and Conditioning Coach for 150 Tactical Athletes. (USCG TACLET, SWAT, Fire/Rescue, ex-SEALS, etc.), I also train 12-15 middle, 20 high school baseball, football, soccer players in speed and conditioning, 10 college baseball players in power and speed.

Past Job Experience

I have done this for the past 19 years. I have worked with just about every type of athlete there is. I currently have 7 trainers under me. I have worked with NFL, MLB and NHL players, one on one.

NDU graduate, US Coast Guard CPO Academy Graduate Top Fitness Award honor, Coopers Institute CI-CPT Master, NSCA certified TSAC facilitator, certified USMIL elite athlete trainer, USCG train the trainer certified, certified TIER 1 PT administrator, graduate of 5 week "Effectiveness out of unaffected people" course, EMT-basic, Red Cross CPR/AED certified .
