Miss. State Strength and Conditioning Clinic

Best clinic I have been to in a long time. Many thanks to Coach Balis and his staff for a fantastic job. Great speakers and demos. Made some great contacts and got some great ideas I can use with my own athletes. Anyone who lives in the Mississippi area needs to come to this clinic next year. Well worth your time.

District Powerlifting meet 2/13/12

Very proud of my team and how we did on Saturday. Had 6 lifters qualify for north state March 3. We finished 4th overall. Not the result we wanted, but with only 2 seniors and most the fifteen man roster back next year, I am looking forward to doing some special things with this group.

WC powerlifting

My powerlifting team had a great weekend winning our first meet in school history. Super proud of my guys. Lots of momentum going into our district meet in 2 weeks.
