Current Job Description: I created an outdoor bootcamp style class in the summer of 2010. We meet 3 to 4 times a week for 2 to 3 hours. We do competitive events, circuits, individual and team medleys, and go for runs. We use tires, sledgehammers, ropes, pull trucks, carry gravel bags, carry each other, do army crawls. I organize the class and plan the workouts to be effective for anyone. We emphasize respect and comeraderie.
