Talking with many people around the S&C scene I have heard varied ideas on the subject of in-season lifting and what your trying to achieve. I have heard one side of the argument that states that they are trying to maintain strength throughout the season, where others are not worried so much about hitting specific numbers but instead concentrating more on the explosive aspect. As a whole, what are your thoughts on this matter and positives or negatives on each side of things?

Hello, I have a client that may be interested in purchasing your equipment you have listed for sale. I would be driving a truck to IA and driving equip to many states away. My questions are... 1. can I completely disassemble each unit??
2. approximately how much do the 3 items weigh? Do you think that it would all fit into a sprinter van, or would I need a 15 foot cube truck. thank you!!!
Good Post Adam
I agree very strongly with your comments and have had great success with the "Slow Cooking " in season progression. I may do it a little different than most , but it is right on for the athletes. The manipulating of Loads, Volume , % 's are the most important aspect of in season training.
