Comment by Drew Henley on February 16, 2012 at 7:36pm Joe, USAW offers a great certification workshop to teach the olympic lifts. Basically, work from top to bottom. Overhead squats (if you ever plan on them doing an overhead press/jerk/snatch), Front squats, cleans from the power position, from above the knees, below the knees, then from the floor. It's important to separate the first pull (from the floor) and second pull (from the power position) to develop maximum power.
