Strength Performance Network

Hello,

I'm interested in purchasing an S/C Software, but I don't know what's available. Does anybody know?  Is there a way that it can be done on excel?  Please Help!

Malcolm,

I like to use my own excel program that allows me to control everything in the program (exercise selection, intensity, volume, etc.)

You can do just about anything you want on excel.  Make sure you protect the cells and save it before emailing it to anyone otherwise you get a bunch of high school coaches using your stuff for free.

Ok, Cool!

I have another question.  I've been using excel and it's taking me too long in printing their workout cards out.  Do you know if there is a way to print their cards out just by a click instead going by each individual person's card?

strengthtracker.com
I create a sheet with 16 workouts on it.  All the intensities and loads are based of bench, squat and clean in which I just change the 3 numbers at the top of the sheet for each athlete and it prints out based on their personal 1RMs.  I also use 100lb cardstock which is pre-perforated by a local print company to the specs I need for 16 workouts.  It allows for each kid to come in and get their workout card for the day and keep the remaining ones in their folder.
May I have an example?
My email is Coachmenefee@hotmail.com.

Malcom Menefee,

There are some ways to do it on excel. Where are you located. Also have info on some webbased software also.

PS-send phone number and I will call you.

You can't go wrong with this. Just purchase a license. www.visualcoachingpro.com.au

We use it for all our high performance teams!!
www.accelerware.com. I use it every day for not only programming but also managing most, if not all aspects of my athletes' training. I have tried visual coach also and admittedly I was already accustomed to using accelerware so I
may be biased but I've found acceleware's scope of use and also ease of use to be much better.
