I currently work with the football program and word has gotten out so the HC for the varsity volleyball team asked if I could put together an in season program and I could use all the help I can get because this is new ground for me. Permalink Reply by Joe Lopez on February 8, 2012 at 3:26pm I would start with Lower Body plyometrics. I would also concentrate on shoulder training. Particularly for deceleration of the rotator cuff muscles.
