Wondering how many if anybody on here works with a High School.  I am in NJ.  I would love to share ideas and maybe discuss programs etc.

Any of you coaches who currently work with high school athletes have experience with in-season training for boys volleyball? I currently work with the football program and word has gotten out so the HC for the varsity volleyball team asked if I could put together an in season program and I could use all the help I can get because this is new ground for me. Thanks in advance!

I would start with Lower Body plyometrics.  I would also concentrate on shoulder training.  Particularly for deceleration of the rotator cuff muscles.
