Friday Session - March 2, 2012

Clinic designed to provide the high school and collegiate coach or parent with an annual plan. Three Collegiate Strength and Conditioning coaches will each present on one aspect of the annual plan. One will discuss the Winter Program, another the Inseason, and the other the Summer Program. This provides a great opportunity for you to come in and compare what you have done in the past during each of those training periods with leaders in the field.

Designed to give the performance professional a solid foundation in the basic fundamentals of strength training, speed mechanics and agility training. Leaders in the field of Strength and Conditioning will discuss cutting edge training protocols they use when working with athletes of all ages and sports.
